By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Account and Subscription
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and select a subscription plan. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your credentials.
- Pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan.
- Cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit our software.
- Interfere with system functionality, security, or other users’ access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and technology on Eliteam.ai, including logos, trademarks, and AI agents, are the intellectual property of Elivate Labs FZ-LLC or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business purposes only.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Eliteam integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. Elivate Labs FZ-LLC is not liable for any data loss or service disruption caused by these platforms.
7. AI Usage and Limitations
Eliteam’s AI agents operate based on large language models and automation frameworks. While they are designed to improve efficiency, they may not always be accurate or context-aware. You are responsible for verifying outputs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
8. Payment and Refunds
All pricing is listed in USD and is subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Elivate Labs FZ-LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of business, revenue, or data.
- Any errors or delays in AI agent responses.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
